知人の紹介で初訪問させていただきました。
なんと、脅威のコスパかつ20品以上出てくる
とのことで非常に楽しみにしておりました。
地下に向かって階段を降り、店内に足を踏み入れると
カウンターが目の前に広がり、開放的で清潔感のある空間が。
座敷の個室も2部屋あるので、接待などでも使えますね。
なんと、静岡出身のお二人で地元の食材を
使ったユニークなお料理を提供してくださります。
地元愛があふれていて、トークも楽しかったです。
さてさて、本題のお味。
結論、とてもタイプのお寿司でした。
シャリは通常よりもふわっとしていて、
お酢もきつすぎず、どちらかというと甘め。
食べ応えがしっかりあるので、ネタに負けない
シャリの存在感が味わえます。
つまみも、天ぷらや焼き物、茶蒸し、
お吸い物など、鮨というジャンルに
こだわらず地元でとれた魚などをアレンジして
提供してもらえるので、気づいたらお腹いっぱい！
本当に税込13,000円？いいの？
と、思うようなクオリティで有難いです。
個人的にはクエのぷりぷり感が堪らなかった。
黒ムツの漬け炙りでロックオン。
タイミングよくお吸い物で大きな蛤が登場。
ええ。あさりよりも、蛤派です。
そして、ホッキ貝のヒモをおつまみに
お酒が更に進みます。
