仕事の打ち合わせで赤坂見附終わりの時に1人でサクッと早めのディナータイムで利用。
コースのオーダーも出来たので串蔵コースにしてみました。
ドリンクはテーブルに置いてあるパッドから飲み放題のドリンクをオーダーするコースでした。
つまみの枝豆。
食膳に枝豆食べると何かに良いって聞いたことあったけど何だったかな？
これあるとチビチビとやれますよね！
シーザーサラダはクルトンが入ってドレッシングたっぷりタイプで味濃いめ好きに堪らないやつ。
ごまさばは脂が乗った鯖にたっぷり胡麻ダレで絡めた１品で、柔らかく旨みの脂がしっかりとあり、胡麻の風味が鯖の甘みの脂と相性が抜群！
チキン南蛮
ころもはサクサクの食感でカラッと揚げられているから触感がとても良い！
鶏肉は柔らかくジューシーで程よい脂と濃厚なタルタルソースとの絡みが抜群です！
串物はお肉と野菜。
ねぎまのジューシーさや椎茸の旨みと肉と野菜のバランスが良い。
〆ご飯は肉巻きおにぎり。
香ばしく焼き上げられた焼きおにぎりの周りに豚バラ肉を巻いたボリューミーな1品。
豚バラの甘みのある脂がご飯と融合してついつい食べ進めてしまう危ないやつ！
1時間ちょっとの滞在でしたが、オーダーの入りや提供も早くさくっと食べて飲むのに使いやすかったです！
