濃い卵とペコリーノ.ロマーノまぜそば
前回とても満足したので、2回目の来店にてペコリーノ.ロマーノまぜそばを注文、この味のクオリティは想像以上だね。オレンジの濃い卵を海老や紫玉葱などと共に良く混ぜ合わせてから食べてみると、全粒粉のもっちり麺が合う。私はラーメンよりもこちらが味の面では若干上かもしれません。自分のまぜそば最高のランクにさせて頂きました。パスタ感覚もあるけど、香り油も良く絡んでちゃんとまぜそばとして確立してます。お店、店内もとても洒落ているので接待やデートなどにも活用出来そうなお店の作りですね、BGMも最高です。

赤坂に降りると吸い込まれるように寄りたくなるお店、雰囲気いいのかな、癒される感じです。今日はあごだしの醤油ラーメンをチョイス、玉子の色が相変わらず良いですね。食欲増します、チャーシューも完璧。スープはもう少しあごが効いてる方が好きだけどあと引く感じです。麺はめちゃ好み。バックミュージックがQueenでした、これまた仕事の合間にやる気出ます。
