昨年12月中旬にオープン間もない、赤坂麺処友の2号店「MENDOKORO TOMO Premium」へ伺いました。
金曜夜の20時前後だったので、女性ひとりで来てるのはさすがに私だけでした笑
そんなことは気にせず、濃香トリュフの鶏塩中華そばとトッピングで半熟煮玉子を注文。
中華料理の鶏白湯が大好きなので、来店前からメニューを決めていました。
トリュフが香る鶏出汁のスープは濃厚で、麺にしっかり絡まりひとくちひとくちが絶品。
バターを溶かしながら食べ進めて行くとまた味わいが変化し美味しいです。
あっという間に完食でした。
スープだけでく、レンゲも黄金に輝き、提供される姿も美しかったです。
細部までこだわった贅沢なラーメンが、赤坂とは思えない価格でいただけるのは有り難すぎます。
