海の幸から山の幸まで鮮度抜群の厳選食材に、生パン粉で作った特製の衣を纏わせます。油にはオレイン酸豊富なキャノーラ油を使用。職人が匠の技で揚げた串カツは、サクッと軽い食感と、口に入れた瞬間に素材の旨味が溢れ、胃もたれすることもありません。1本1本丁寧に細工した見た目にも注目！自家製ソースは4種類。ピーナッツバターやマスタードが入ったスパイシーソース、ウスターソース、山椒塩、ポン酢からお選びください。

We have a wide variety of drinks on the menu that have been carefully selected to go well with our kushikatsu. We always have around 10 types of sake in stock. We also have a wide range of wines available, from classic brands to natural wines. Both are personally selected by the owner and are replaced regularly, so you can enjoy a different taste every time you visit. We also have a full lineup of beer, shochu, whiskey, sours, and more! Please enjoy the marriage of kushikatsu and alcohol.
