1992年にオープンし、2007年に現在の虎ノ門に移転したお店です。
大将は40年以上のキャリアがあり、旬の食材を使った料理には定評がある。以前はタベログの金賞、銀賞を受賞していた有名店だが、最近は銅賞しか受賞していない。
店内には6席の小さなカウンターと、全12席の個室が数部屋あります。メインカウンターの雰囲気は居心地がよく、今日はカウンター席でよかったです。
コースメニューは3種類あり、5万円前後から、一番高いメニューは10万円前後。今日は、一番高級な食材を理解したかったので、一番高いメニューを選びました。

ホットプレートのグリルで焼いた鴨肉に、焼き葱を添えました。本当に美味しかったです。蟹は福井県産で、シンプルに蒸してありました。お店の人が殻を剥くのを手伝ってくれたのに、食べた後ちょっと疲れましたね～。
このコースメニューと80,000円のコースメニューの違いは、鴨料理だけでした。
全体的には楽しく食事ができましたが、一番安いメニューを注文した方がいいと思います。それにしてもコストパフォーマンスが低いと思います。
