あります。ちょっと路地裏に佇む
めちゃくちゃ素敵な和食割烹。
外観は本当に高級店な雰囲気で素敵。
さ和長と思いながら探していると
お店の前には寿一庵と書いてあります。
あれ？さ和長じゃない？？と
探してぐるぐる回りを探して
歩いちゃいましたよ笑。
皆様も気をつけてね。
中に入ると着物の女性が出迎えてくれました。
こちら全てのお席は完全個室。
6部屋のみの贅沢な空間です。
私のお部屋には掛け軸もあり雰囲気良し。
掘り炬燵なので、とてもゆったりし、
疲れません。
ご接待・会食、デートなどに使えます。
今日は一番人気のコース7150円
飲み物別にしました。
○蕎麦前「先付け」三品
さすが、お蕎麦がメインのお店です。
先付けにはお蕎麦屋さんによく出てくる
お味噌を焼いたやつ(なんて名前なんだろう)
がでてきました。
これめちゃくちゃ日本酒に合うんだよねー。
ちびちびつまみながら日本酒いけちゃうのよ。
さらにはあん肝と海老も三品です。
○お造里
ピカピカなお造り。2種類のお造りがでてきました。新鮮で身が引き締まって美味しいです。
○はまぐりの「椀」
蛤のお出汁がしっかりでたお椀は
優しい味でほっこり。
蛤のの身も大きくてぷりぷり。
全部飲み干しました。
○のどぐろの塩焼き
今日のメインメッシュ！のどぐろの塩焼き。
まるまる1匹！のどぐろと言えば言わずと知れた高級魚。高級店ならのどぐろ1匹で4000円以上ぐらいしますよね。
それがコースに含まれてるなんて、めちゃくちゃコスパ良くないですか？！
しかもかなり大きめののどぐろなんです。
脂たっぷりのって、めちゃくちゃジューシー。
ここは醤油ではなく
塩だけつけて頂きます。絶対美味しい。
当たり前に美味しい。
○海老しんじょうと椎茸の揚げ
そとはかりっと、中はふっくらな海老しんじょう。椎茸が味のアクセントをつけてくます。
○お肉の一品
やっぱりお蕎麦屋さんですね。鴨のお肉が出てきました。上品な大きさで丁度いい。
お肉が鴨なんてなかなか粋ですよね。
もちろん脂たっぷりのジューシーな鴨肉でした。
○十割蕎麦
〆にお蕎麦。お蕎麦やさんですから、もちろん文句なく美味しいです。
〆にお蕎麦最高ですね。
美味しい和食と のど黒が堪能できて、7150円はかなりコスパがいい。
個室も高級感あり、都会の喧騒を忘れさせる
贅沢空間でお料理も美味しかった。
デート、接待に本当使えるお店です。
