"Nodoguro" is a high-quality fish that is the highest quality white fish. You can fully enjoy such "Nodoguro" in Akasaka. We are proud of our course menus, which consist of the main character, ``Nodoguro'', and seasonal ingredients that bring out the best in it. We carefully select "Nodoguro" caught in various places such as Niigata and Itoigawa, San'in and Hokuriku regions according to the season and cuisine. We offer both cold and hot soba noodles, but first, please try the ``Seiro Soba.'' The fresh soba noodles made in-house and the five types of dipping sauces you can choose from: mori soup, spicy daikon radish, sesame sauce, Tsukimi Tsuyu, and Tsukimi Tororo Tsuyu go perfectly together. Choose according to your mood that day! We recommend comparing the two types and sharing them. Half size is also available, so it's perfect for finishing off your drinks.
