There aren't many restaurants to go to after a concert at Suntory Hall, so it's been a while since I found this restaurant, and this is my first visit. I managed to get in just as the first group came out. It's basically a private room. The atmosphere at the entrance gives off the feeling of an ultra-luxury store, so is it okay? The more I feel anxious. However, when you enter, all the rooms are private, but that's not the case. The top is a little open, so you can hear the voices next door. Moreover, the air conditioner doesn't work as well. That's a shame. It's a tatami room, but the horigotatsu style is helpful. Well, first of all, let's toast with raw malts. Houou Mita seems to be the best selling Japanese sake, and there are many different types, so I'll try them. First of all, I had an image of Tsurugi Dry Junmai and Houou Mita being sweet, but it was surprisingly dry and had a serious taste. It comes with a business card, so it's easy to understand. However, it is expensive at 800 yen for 90mm. Yamada Nishiki Junmai Daiginjo 50% This has a strong body. For meals, try local fish namero. Well, it took about 20 minutes, so it took too long. It seems that the exquisite giblets are not available at this time of the day. Extra-thick boiled bamboo shoots (menma) are delicious, but I'd rather pair them with beer than sake. It looks like Chinese food. Fried seasonal vegetables with eggplant and okra are delicious. Also, shrimp shinjo is not on the menu, but it was delicious. For alcohol, I go with AKABU in Iwate, Saku in Mie, Haneya in Toyama, and Yoshi Junmai Ginjo in Tochigi. To finish off the dish, serve the bamboo steamer with regular grated soup. I thought it was cheap, but the soba and soup were ordered separately and were surprisingly expensive. I still had some alcohol left, so I ended up having grilled miso. Contains plenty of dried bonito flakes. I guess it has a bit of a strong taste. It looks cheap at first glance, but it's expensive, and unfortunately it wasn't what I expected.
