ほぼ溜池山王のから揚げで人気の雛どりさんの並びにある
渋い佇まいな３軒の居酒屋・割烹がある、雛どり側から
居酒屋「つるのや」２階に居酒屋「よし乃」、そして割烹「一休」。
今まで足を踏み入れなったが、順番に行ってみることに。
つるのやさんは、魚介が得意の居酒屋。ランチでさば塩定食を頂いた。
続いてお隣のこちらへ。
こちらは現在、口コミ９件、お隣のつるのやさんは私以外の投稿は１件。
この差は何なのでしょうかね？
ブロンズ色のアルミドアにメニューが掛けられています。
ドアを開けて2階へ。急な階段。ワクワクしますね。
2階は天井裏のような店舗。
これがなかなか居心地が良い。
ランチメニューは
・サバ塩焼き850 （全て税込）
・サバ味噌煮850
・アコオダイ焼き850
・あじたたき950
・まぐろなかおち1,000
・冷奴、納豆＋100、生玉子＋50
こちらも魚メインの居酒屋ランチです♬
◎サバ塩焼き 850をお願いした。
店内はテーブル席とカウンター。
接客は男性ですが、動きが良く、目が効いた様子。
客はおじ様たち。
注文から３分後にお茶、高菜漬け、味付け海苔が出てきました。
そして５分後に、もう少しで焼き上がりますの声。
サバ塩焼きが出てきました。
さば塩焼きには大根おろしが付いています。
そしてお味噌汁、ご飯、ご飯は２膳はありますね。
サバは半身で厚みも半分。ですが、なかなか大きいサイズ。
皮には飾り包丁が入れられて焼き上がりが早くしてある。
焼の色合いは良いです。
早速箸を入れると脂がじわじわと。
塩加減、焼き加減も良く、美味しい。
大根おろしが付いているので、大根おろしとも頂きます。
サバ自体は、お隣のつるのやさんよりも好みです。
お味噌汁はお揚げと大根。
割としっかり目の味わい。
そして、ご飯は炊き加減も良く、さすがは居酒屋ランチのご飯です。
但し、ご飯の量は多いので、高菜、味付け海苔の力を借りないと
食べきれませんね。
小鉢が一品付いていると良いのですが、こちらは冷奴、納豆は＋100です。
レビューさん達はあじのたたきを食べていることが多いので、
今度はあじのたたきですね。
