以前女子グルメバーガー部で紹介されていた「オーセンティック」
数年の時を経て（確か2020年8月14日（金）放送、第6話？）訪問してきました
2006年にOPENしてから今なお終日満席続き。赤坂の実力派ハンバーガーショップです。接客はちょっとあっさりしています(・ω・)
平日のお昼過ぎだったこともあり、すぐに入れました。
アクセスは赤坂より赤坂見附の方が若干近いと感じました。
!!1人食事1品はマスト注文というルールがあります!!
ドリンクは任意で（*´∀｀*）ランチ価格は税込み200円。
お客さんは主婦1組、同僚と来られている方が1組、1人で来られている方が1人。こじんまりしているので、土日は時間に余裕を持った訪問をおすすめします。
バーガーメニューはチーズやアボカド、照り焼きなど
奇をてらったものは少ない…のですが！私の頼んだ「ブロッコリーチーズバーガー」はぶっ飛んでますね。まずビジュアルの迫力が。
マスタードで和えたブロッコリーがゴロゴロっと入っていて、しっとりと食感を残した中間といった感じ。オーロラ―ソースは酸味控えめで、チーズとレタスが華を添えている感じ。
オーセンティックの個性が色濃く出たハンバーガーです。
ピクルスは刻んであり、全体として心無しかヘルシーな印象。パティは粗挽きかつ、かなりスパイシーです。
汁だくなのでぜひともポテトをディップして肉汁の余韻をあますことなく楽しんでください。
帰り際にレジにてショップカードを貰ったのですが、
これがトランプになっている！赤坂らしい、ひねりのあるデザインです。
