平日11時開店同時に1人で訪問。お客は自分含め3名のみ。
店内はウッドテイストのややゆったりとした落ち着いた雰囲気。
カウンター席とテーブル席があり、1人用のテーブル席に案内される。
メニューはハンバーガー、サイドメニュー、ドリンクともに充実。
ハンバーガーは10種類。チーズやアボカド、テリヤキ等の定番を中心に幅広い。(どれもフレンチフライ付き)
★ブロッコリーチーズバーガー 1650円(税込み)
・注文して10分程で出来上がり。
・ブロッコリー、チーズ、パティ、レタス、トマトの組み合わせ。
・口に入れた瞬間、パティの凝縮された旨味、チーズのコク、ブロッコリーの食感が見事なハーモニー。
・パティはややしっかりめの焼き加減
・ブロッコリーがチーズとうまく絡んでいてパティの旨味を引き立てている。ブロッコリーがこんなにハンバーガーと合うとは思わなかった。
・バウンスはカリっ、とした焼き上がり。食感と香りが素晴らしく、マスタードが食欲を促進。
・トマトの酸味やレタスのしゃきしゃき感が口のなかを爽やかにしてくれる。
・フレンチフライは一般的な仕上がり。やや塩加減強め。
非常に美味しかった再訪決定。
