At Edo Sakura, we are particular about the Kuroge Wagyu beef that we serve, and we carefully select and purchase the Kuroge Wagyu beef that is said to be the most delicious at that time of year. We use only rare parts that can only be obtained from 1% of each A5 rank cow. The texture is juicy when you bite into it, and the fat melts on your tongue. The cherry-colored marbling is neatly arranged and looks beautiful, making it a true work of meat art.
