ミシュラン和食店「帰燕」のすぐそばにある
焼鳥の店。
六本木通りから
ほんの少し路地に入っただけで
隠れ家感がある。
ランチは千円均一4種提供、
ご飯おかわり、大盛り無料。
12時過ぎに訪れると、
ドアは開け放たれ、
店内の様子が見える。
カウンター席があり、
その向こうが厨房。
ホールを年配の女性が元気に仕切る。
人数を確認し、席を差配している。
一人だと云うと、
感染症対策で隣との距離を考えてセットしたカウンター席から、
奥のバックカウンターと云われる列を少し調整し、
招き入れてくれた。
入口の自動噴霧器で
手指消毒して正面奥の席に座る。
しばらくじっと待っていると、
厨房内で仕切る30代の男性が、
カウンター越しに
冷たいお茶と立派な紙おしぼりを置いてくれたので、
注文していいか聞き、
「鶏重」（1,000円）をお願いした。
厨房内には他に3人の若い男性がいて、
それぞれの持ち場で忙しい。
ランチは
鶏カツ重、唐揚げ、鶏重、親子丼
なので、
カツを揚げる、
唐揚げを揚げる、
焼き鳥、しし唐を焼く、
親子の頭を作る
が分担。
唐揚げが人気のようで、
すぐに在庫がなくなる。
そういう意味では、
唐揚げを頼むと
出来立てを頂ける可能性が高いか。
などと考えていると
思っていたよりずっと早く
カウンター越しに
私の鶏重のお膳が渡される。
ワカメの味噌汁、
キュウリとカブの浅いぬか漬け、
そしてお重。
お重には
ご飯の上に割と粗目の
鶏そぼろが敷かれ、
左端に串を抜かれた焼き鳥、
中央に、しし唐5本。
味噌汁は薄目。
そぼろは甘みは少なく、
醤油のキレが強い。
しし唐は少し冷めてはいるが、
焼き過ぎないいい焼き上がり。
焼き鳥も炭で焼いた香ばしさが
きっちり、肉はふっくらとして旨味。
一つ残念なのは、
ご飯が柔らかく炊かれ、
水分量が多いこと。
ご飯と一緒に
そぼろや焼き鳥を食べると、
随分水っぽく感じてしまうのが残念。
ご飯は硬めに炊いて、
お重にのる食材の余熱で
蒸されるくらいが丁度いい。
店名の
「こくりこ」とは
フランス語で
Coquelicot、
ヒナゲシ
の意味。
ヒナゲシと云うと
アグネス・チャンを思い出す世代だが、
随分乙女な名前だ。
運営するのは
株式会社バルボアジャパン、
本社はすぐ近くの港区赤坂2-17-12-205
となっているから個人店のようだ。
2008年にオープンしたようで
数年前の求人票には
