赤坂で「リッチな大人食堂」を標榜する「BistroQ（ビストロキュー）」。赤坂・溜池山王・六本木一丁目どの駅からも歩いて5分程度です。食べログでは百名店に選出。
店内はカウンター5-6席にテーブル席もあって、トータルでは20席ほどでしょうか。この席数をたった2人で手際よくまわす段取りの良さには舌を巻きます。2人とも体格が良く快活で、部活の先輩の家にお邪魔したかのような印象を受けました。
ランチはセットメニューでA・B・Cとあり、順に皿数と値段が増えて行く恰好です。
山下九シェフは都内の洋食店やフランス料理店で腕を磨き、鉄板焼き料理店などでも経験を積んだのち、2010年に当店を開業。
私は前菜にパテドカンパーニュを注文。シンプルで実直なパテカンであり脂の滑らかな舌ざわりが心地よい。思いのほかたっぷりと野菜も添えられており、何とも満たされた気分になります。
パンは一般的なバゲットですが、先のパテカンと合わせて食べるにちょうど良い。ちなみに前菜のチョイスとして他にはグリーンサラダと本日のスープ（この日はカリフラワーのポタージュ）がありました。
メインは「和牛ハンバーグ」を選択。こちらにも野菜がたっぷりと添えらえており、丸っこく盛り付けられたライスも可愛らしい。肉・野菜・米と総合栄養食感に満ちたひと皿です。ハンバーグはギチギチと密度が高く、モリモリとした歯ごたえがあります。ソースはドロりと濃厚で、ほぐれたミンチ肉とごはんを合わせて荒っぽい美味しさ。
くどいようですが、これだけ上質な前菜とメインで1,500円とは、立地を考えれば信じがたい費用対効果の良さです。お金の話はさておき料理そのものにもゲストを圧倒するパワーがあり、老若男女問わず美味しいと感じさせる絶対的な何かがあります。
今度は夜にお邪魔したいのですが、ランチがお得過ぎて夜に中々行けない症候群。
