箸でほぐせる柔らか角煮
霞ヶ関駅からほど近い飯野ビルの地下。この辺りは店が集結していて昼時はランチを求めごった返す。
こちらのお店も満員であくまでしばし待つ。
テーブル席は隣との距離感もありあまり周りを気にせず食べられる。
▪️豚の角煮丼 900円(税込)
味噌汁、おしんこ付き
丼に盛られたご飯の上に大きな角煮が二つ。
半分にカットされた半熟煮玉子がまた食欲をそそる。白髪ネギ、小口ネギ、和辛子が添えられているのも嬉しい。
箸がスーッと通る程のやわらか角煮。味もしっかり染みていて頬張ると脂がとろけ赤身はほろほろと崩れる。
その煮汁で味付けられたであろう半熟玉子。茹で加減も良く角煮と絡めていただく。最高。
ちょっと足りないくらいだけど美味しい角煮に出会えて満足。

いつもはランチ時にはごった返すこの付近。
この日は人が少ない。
複数人でもすんなりと入れた。
ランチメニューは900円～1,100円のラインナップ。

ご飯は普通でお願いする。
浅め広めの丼に盛られて提供。
鶏肉とご飯の上にかけられた、すりおろし野菜の特製ダレ&ガーリックチップ。
鶏肉は大きめなブツ切り肉が5個くらい。
もも肉なので柔らかくジューシー。
特製タレが肉にもご飯にもマッチ。
これは結構好みの味。
ニンニクチップの香りと食感も良い感じ。
ご飯普通盛りでも満足。
前に豚の角煮丼を食べたがこれも美味しかった。
ちょっとお気に入りのお店。
