四十八漁場（ヨンパチギョジョウ）さんにお伺いしました。4人での夕食会です。平日の17:30に予約して訪問。予約の際は「席を選べない」とのことでしたが、６人がけの個室を用意していただいていました。ありがとうございました。※事前に個室指定はできない、と書いてありますので、そのときの状況次第かと思います。
今日は、
いろいろ頼んで満足（約¥6500／人）
コースにしようかと思いましたが、みなさんがお好きなものをということで、席のみの予約にしました。これが大正解でした。いろいろと選べます。美味しそうなヤツばっかり。
贅沢刺身の盛り合わせは12品です。高知県のキャンペーンで入っていたうつぼのお刺身は硬くて噛みきれませんでしたが、それもご愛嬌です。全体的に新鮮で美味しいお魚でした。生牡蠣もメチャクチャ美味しかった。これだけでも大満足です。
お通しは絶品。最初に注文した栃尾揚げの酒盗焼きはしっとりとして酒盗の塩味もたっぷり。お酒にとても合います。奈良漬のポトとサラダも絶品です。たけのこの天ぷらは旬を過ぎていても絶品です。
全てが絶品。
ごちそうさまでした。
他の口コミでもあるように、店員さんもとても感じが良く、そのおかげで料理のおいしさも加速しました。ウチの会社にスカウトしたいくらい。
