This is Albor's second restaurant after Kagurazaka. The theme is "Ocean to table"
The second store of "ARBOL", which has been particular about vegetables and soil in Kagurazaka, will open on the 2nd floor of Toranomon Hills on 11th, 2014. The theme this time is "Ocean to table," an |
A pasta shop located on the second floor of Mori Tower in Toranomon Hills. On this day, I went to Toranomon Hills Station Tower to see the ``Mika Ninagawa Exhibition,'' so I stopped by before that. The interior of the restaurant is spacious with table seats as the main seating. Perhaps because it was a Sunday, I got the impression that there were more families visiting than working people. The restaurant was busy and was almost always full. ◆Bread & Small Salad (300 yen) The salad is good, but I ordered it more for the bread. The purpose was to dip the bread in pasta sauce and eat it, but the bread was small. It's a delicious, plump bread with a grainy aroma, but I might have been happy if it were a little bigger. Sorry for being picky (ノ∀`) ◆Spaghetti with yuzu-flavored clam soup from Chiba Prefecture (1,400 yen) I see, the clam stock is strong. The scent of yuzu is also strong. Even though it's a soup spa, there's more soup than I expected, making it almost like Ramen. The noodles are chewy and al dente. This is the best way to boil pasta. Of course the noodles are delicious, but this restaurant's pasta soup or sauce is delicious! There's a good amount of clam meat in there, but I think it would have been better if the sand had been removed a little more. ◆Hokkaido Mozzarella Cheese and Bacon Arrabbiata (1,300 yen) Arrabbiata is spicy and has a rich tomato flavor and texture. It has plenty of cheese and bacon, so it's satisfying to eat. This is also perfectly al dente and really delicious. There are various pasta sauces such as tomato sauce, basil sauce, and cream sauce, but tomato sauce with a fruity and sunny taste is delicious. ◆◇◆Postscript◆◇◆ This is a pasta shop that is highly rated in this area. I didn't look at the menu carefully, but I thought they didn't have pizza! As I was thinking about this, the person at the table next to me was eating pizza, and it looked delicious. Next time I'd like to try the pizza and other special dishes. This time I only had pasta, so I would like to visit again if I have another chance. Try it!
