本日は、飲み後の〆で瓦蕎麦を食べたくてこちらのお店に。
せっかく入ったので飲み物やつまめるものも少し頼んでみました。
瓦蕎麦、さつまいもフライ、長州黒かしわのたたき等を注文です～
さつまいもフライは、ポテトと異なる甘味が味わえ、なんかほっこりする味。
長州黒かしわは、地鶏だけあって弾力のある筋肉質な肉質でうま味が強い美味しさです。
そして、念願の瓦蕎麦！！
山口県の郷土料理で、茹でた茶そばを炒め、温かい甘めの麺つゆにつけて食べるという独特の食べ方で食すものです。
つゆに紅葉おろしを入れてから頂いてみます。
これは美味しいですね～～～
甘めのつゆと茶そばの風味が合わさり、そこに麺のおこげの香ばしさが加わり、混然一体となったパーフェクトな料理に昇華されています。
温かいつゆに炒めた麺をつけて食べる料理って、日本中探してもないのではないでしょうか？
郷土料理っていろいろとありますが、時々えっ？？？っていう料理が多い中でこの瓦蕎麦は素晴らしい郷土料理だと思います。
たまにはラーメンでない〆も良いですね～
