肉を食べたい時に行くお店
オープンして半年くらい経ったお店です
お店は地下で、入口も狭く、ちょっと入りにくい感じ
なので、最初は空いてましたけど、
最近はランチの時でも１２時には満席のお店になりました
コストパフォーマンスは、ハラミのステーキだと思います
がっり食べる時にはこれですね
その中で、ハンバーグの1、２８０円はちょっと高いかなって感じですが、
このハンバーグは凄いです
ハンバーグの好みはありますが、肉の食感のはっきりしたタイプが、
好きな人には最高です
付け合せはシンプルですが、お店の主張が感じられるので気に入ってます
ハンバーグは粗挽きというよりも、牛肉を食べてる感じです
肉を食べたいと思った時には、一度お試しください
最近、メニューも増えて、煮込みハンバーグも出来ました
これもイケますよ

オープンして最初の頃によく利用してました。
コロナの前は混んでてあまり利用せず、
コロナの時は休業で、そのあともしばらく休業してたので
最初の書き込みから７年も経ったけど、
牛ハラミの美味さは変わらずでした。
値段はほぼ変わらずでスゴいですね。
内容は少し変わって、コールスローサラダがなくなり、添えものがロメインサラダにマヨネーズドレッシングになりました。
提供は早く、若干肉の温度は低く、ジューシーさはありませんが、玉ねぎソースとの相性はよく、とても美味しかったです。
残念ながらラムチョップが無くなってました。
今度はカレールーのトッピングも食べてみたいです。
また、この周辺の輪店にします。
