海老担々麺 1150円
店内は小ぢんまり。厨房向きカウンター6席、外に面した窓向き4席。隣が近いので、一行でなければ1席おきに座らせてくれてありがたい。4名掛けテーブル3卓。バーの雰囲気。BGMはジャズ。
屋外のテラスが広々。
基本の海老ラーメン 1100円。50円増しで海老担々麺にできる。ここはちょっと贅沢してみよう。
3分で出される。
紙エプロンをしてから挑む。
素揚げされた小海老3尾、水菜と少しのネギ、ナッツがのっている。海老の香りが良い。
レンゲというより、皿の底の浅い銀色スプーンで赤い色のスープを味わう。
海老より前に香辛料が口の中に広がる。花椒とは違うピリッとした独特な味の香辛料。糸唐辛子も入っている。
ややモチっとした麺。スープとの絡み具合が丁度良く、美味しく食べられる。
担々麺にしたため、海老ばかりでない複雑な味わい。
ゆっくり丁寧に食べたつもりだったが、紙エプロンには赤いスープの斑点が点々と…。恐ろしい。
