虎ノ門にお使いに行くときに寄って安心のランチをいただけるお店のひとつ。
今日は和食だな、お刺身だなって時は絶対おすすめです。
海鮮丼はどこにでもあるけれど、ここの刺身は鮮度が違うし、とても丁寧な仕事をしているなと感じます。こんなに細く切れないよってくらいなシソの千切りや生姜、まぐろといくら、とびっこ、海藻類に菊の花をちらして、見た目も彩りが素晴らしい
そして、食べ方も３回味わいの変わる仕様がすごい。
最初は普通にわさび醤油で、次に卵の黄身を混ぜて、最後はお出汁をかけてお茶漬けにと
楽しさもあり、最後まで飽きさせません。
いつもメニュー札にある車海老の踊り1本100円が気になって仕方ありません、いつか夜飲みに使いたい。
