I went to a store that I had always wanted to go to but couldn't because there was always a line. At Tsukiji Sashiten, there is a long line of people around lunch time. I've only been able to confirm that it's usually right after the store opens or around 12:00, but there are always about 10 people in line. 5-6 groups before this day too? There were about 10 people. Almost a company employee. As soon as I started lining up, I was asked to order the 1,000 yen (Seafood Bowl) Ao. Even though I had been there before and the inside of the store wasn't that big, I was able to get in earlier than expected. Maybe about 20 minutes? The rotation is fast. (Seafood Bowl) Ao Lean tuna and medium fatty...? , Sukimi tuna, with squid and herring roe underneath, and salmon roe on top. To eat it, first add just the soy sauce, then add the yolk, and finally add the dashi stock. The yolk in Step 2 is brought in first, but if you drip soy sauce onto the yolk plate at this time, the yolk will fall into the bowl without sticking to the container (the person next to me did this). It was really delicious, I could see the rice and thought I might have some left over, but it was so delicious that I ended up wanting more. It's really delicious even just with soy sauce! There was no fishy smell at all, and the addition of the yolk made it even richer and delicious.The bowl with the dashi stock at the end was even more delicious. I felt so sad that I couldn't finish eating it. An flawless lunch. To be honest, 1,000 yen is generally high, but considering the location, it's worth it. Seafood Bowl was ranked above Ao, but this was good enough and I'll be using it next time! Thank you for the meal
