R6.3 First visit Small banquet in a private room. It's been a while since we had a party like this. This is my first time coming to Okura since it was new. Beautiful. Toukabayashi: Even though it wasn't a private room, I felt that the seats next to me were closer than I expected. Ren's course costs 16,000 yen.Courses one level higher than this cost a lot more, so I think this course is naturally more versatile. As you can see from the menu, it's pretty simple Chinese food. The 15,000 lunch course menu is more appealing. Special assortment of cold dishes So-called Chinese appetizers Shark fin soup with gomoku I wonder why high-class Chinese soups are so delicious. Cantonese duck The course above this is Peking duck. Cantonese duck seems to be wrapped around meat. Stir-fried scallops and broccoli Chinese stir-fried salt is so delicious that you can't make it at home. Large shrimp simmered in chili sauce Ordinary delicious shrimp chili Sweet and sour pork Ordinarily delicious sweet and sour pork Gomoku fried rice Ordinary delicious fried rice Bubble tea coconut milk with two types of fruit Finished with a bite of sweets Of course it was delicious, but I think the menu is too standard. The glass of white wine was really good. The service was good, as you would expect from a hotel, but I realized that I needed to spend a certain amount of money to experience something out of the ordinary. Ilanai has high-quality ingredients, but I wish the menu had at least a little more seasonal flavor.
