マイレビさんの口コミ記事を見て、お昼ご飯で訪問しました。
場所は、虎ノ門駅から5分ほど、虎ノ門ヒルズ駅からは2分の、虎ノ門ヒルズ4階に店はあります。
『ふみぜん』の大きな暖簾が出迎えてくれます。
オシャレな雰囲気の店内に入ると７～8組のお客さんがおりました。
カウンターに案内されメニューを見ると、3000円とかのとんかつがありましたが、白豚ロースかつ膳(1200円)を注文です。
ニューオータニで40年以上の伝統ある老舗店だからこそなのか、優秀な方なのでしょう、厨房では、日本語ペラペラの外国の方が働かれてます。
10分ほどで配膳です。
お肉は少し火が通りすぎなのか、固めです。
固めながら、しっかり歯応えあってジューシーです。
元々、そういう特性のお肉なのかな？
お肉の端の方の脂は甘くて美味しかったです。ご飯お代わりしました。
お味噌汁は豚汁ではなく海苔の入った味噌汁で、とんかつ屋にしてオーソドックスではなく、変わってました。
伝統の中に新しさが窺えるとんかつ屋さんでした。
