虎ノ門ヒルズのレストラン街に入っているお店です。
トンカツと焼き魚がいただけます。
ランチは定食形式で、価格帯は1,200円くらい〜でしょうか。
立地を考えるとCPは比較的良い方だと思います!
前回訪問時にトンカツをいただきました。
今回は焼き魚をチョイス。
焼き魚は日替わり？のようで、本日の焼き魚が別メニューに載っています。
この日は
・塩焼き(鮭or鯖or鯛)
・柚香焼き(ヒラス)
・味噌漬け(2種類)
・煮付け
のラインナップでした。
銀ヒラスの柚香焼きをチョイス。出てくるまでは10分くらい。
厚切りのヒラスに出てきたときはびっくりでした!
炭火焼きをされてるお店なので、皮はパリパリ、身はフワフワで抜群!!
脂乗りもよく、お箸を通すと脂と共にほぐれます。
味付けはかなりあっさり目ですので、濃い味がお好みの方はテーブルの塩を振ってもいいかもしれません。
薄味好みの私は、添えてあるレモンをたっぷりかけていただきました。
レモンで脂がすっと入り、柔らかい身とよく合います◎
大根おろしもたっぷりと添えられているのも、また嬉しいところ。
炭火焼きなので焼き魚が美味しいのだと思います。
その分少し店内が香りますし、服に臭いが付く可能性はあります。
しかしながら、この値段でサクッと美味しい焼き魚がいただけるのであれば、是非また違うお魚をいただきに伺いたいものです。
