虎ノ門ヒルズにあるトンカツ屋ですが、
他にも魚メニューやカレーなど使い勝手がいいお店です。
夜は居酒屋使いをされるリーマン軍がいるんだと思います。
トンカツのハーブ豚はアメリカ産の豚肉ですが、
餌にハーブを使っているので臭みがないとのことでした。
国産豚はもう少し値段が張りますが、
虎ノ門ヒルズ値段ですからね…。
でも、
このお値段を出しても納得できる美味しさで
駐車場が3千円以上で1時間のサービス券が出るので、
所用がある時には利用価値ありです。
今回はハーブ豚トンカツ膳ではギリギリ3千円いかなかったので、スタッフさんの優しいアドバイスで黒烏龍茶を購入して対応しました。
提供されたトンカツは、
ちゃんと火は入ってるけど、ほんのり薄ピンクが残る低温二度揚げで、(ウェルダン希望にも対応してます)
素晴らしい揚げ加減で柔らかく、
油切れもよく美味しく頂きました。
付け小鉢もしっかり味が入っていて、男性だと白飯が足りないかも。

上品で美味しいトンカツでした。
