お昼に予約の上、初訪問です。
決して安いお店ではありませんが、ほぼ満席と人気が高いですね。
白焼きとかば焼きの両方をのせた愛のせ重に、う巻、肝吸いを付けます。
待つこと15分程で着丼です。
白焼きはやはり鰻のうまみが良くわかります。わさびで頂くのが最高。
御飯と食べてもかば焼きとは違う味わいを楽しめます。
そして、かば焼きですが、こちらもタレをベタっとつけて、タレの味でごまかす感じではなく、程よい味付けで、鰻の味も楽しめるかば焼き。
御飯の硬さもちょうど良いギリギリの硬さです。
う巻も玉子の美味しさが格別。フワっとしてますが、柔らかすぎず。
そして、肝吸いも上品な味わい。しょっぱいものが多いのですが、こちらは綺麗な出汁のお味です。
