こちらは虎ノ門ヒルズビジネスタワー3階にある鰻屋さん。京都のうなぎ割烹まえはらの東京店だそうです。この日はランチタイムに訪問。店先のメニューにうな玉丼があったので入店してみました。
とじられた卵と中央に全卵のW卵の中にふんわりとした鰻のどんぶりです。丼ダレの優しい味わいがいい感じです。緑が綺麗な山椒をかけると風味が変わり美味しかったです。
丁寧な仕事の料理と接客で心地よく過ごせるお店でした。
