普段はテレワークが始まって以来、面倒臭くてオフィス出社をしないのに、何故か年末休暇時にチョイ寄りした虎ノ門ヒルズ…遅めのランチは15時過ぎ
年末だし時間も時間だから、何処もかしこもお店が開いていないです。三階エスカレーター前に位置するお店を見ると営業中となっている。
へーっ、ここに鰻屋さんあったんだね…
入店後、手っ取り早くコースを頼もうかと思いましたが、年末なので仕入れの関係上 予約客以外はお出しできないものが多いです…と。。。。
そうだよね〜仕方ないから、一番手頃なうな重と肝吸いにして、亀、鶴、宝船は、松竹梅みたいなもので鰻のサイズかな？ 初来店だから亀にしときましょう。
そして、今までは鰻と日本酒の組み合わせが多かったのですが、著名ソムリエさんに『鰻と赤ワイン』という組合わせを教えていただコトを思い出したのでチャレンジ！
供されるまで、骨煎餅をポリポリ。
赤ワインをチビり。。塩には赤ワイン合わない 笑
待ち兼ねたうな重の登場です。
他店と比べて味はどうか？？
鰻はタレがしつこくなく、鰻の味わいがわかります。（よく、タレの味しかしない店ってあるジャン）
その点では合格だと思います。
そしてこの鰻さんが、赤ワインによく合います。

あとで調べてみたら、コチラのお店は京都本店はミシュラン一つ星だったこともあるようですね。
