土曜日に諸用で虎ノ門の近辺へ
この界隈の個人店は休みが多いので虎ノ門横丁へ行ってみることにしました。
色々なお店が並んでいて楽しい雰囲気ですが、ヒルズ値段で少しお高め1500円超えが多く…
横丁を出た辺りに鰻割烹を発見し、入口メニューを確認すると数量限定ながら うな玉重 1800円
京都本店はミシュランを獲得されているので味は間違い無いと思い入店しました。
テーブル席は予約のお客様でカウンターが空いており着席しました。
注文し約10分でお膳が運ばれてきました。
全体の味付けは、やや濃いめで甘過ぎない感じでご飯が進み、キノコが沢山で美味しいです。
お重は大きくご飯も多くお腹いっぱいでした。
横丁に比べると店内は落ち着いた雰囲気でゆっくり食べれます。
京都本店よりはカジュアルで、お値段も虎ノ門ヒルズにしてはお安い感じなのでお勧めですね！

具材は、鰻、卵、エノキ、しめじ、舞茸、玉葱、蒲鉾、海苔、仕上げに卵黄
全体の味付けは、やや濃いめで甘過ぎない感じでご飯が進み、キノコが沢山で美味しいです。
お重は大きくご飯も多くお腹いっぱいでした。
肝心な鰻は、関東風ながら身はしっかりと焼きも香ばしく旨味もしっかりと美味しかった。
量は鰻半身のさらに半分を切り分けか？値段を考えると相応かと思います。
香物や赤出汁も美味しくお口直しに良かった。

タレも味見しましたが、甘過ぎずさらっとした感じで上品な感じです良かったです。
今度は鰻重を食べようと思います。
横丁に比べると店内は落ち着いた雰囲気でゆっくり食べれます。
