しっかりとした防音個室に案内してくれ、

果実酒やワインなどのペアリングも楽しめます。
今回はお料理をメインとした「のどぐろ吟味コース」を事前予約していました。

⇒ピリリとしたよだれ鶏、香ばしさが五感に染み渡る炙りのどぐろ、喉越しのよいもずくのセット。

本マグロとヒラメ。
シャリピアンソースは赤身肉と合うイメージでしたが、実はお刺身にもマッチするんです☺️。
ヒラメはスダチと塩で。鮮度と甘みが引き立ちます。
・はまぐりの「椀」
大ぶりのハマグリと地味深いお出汁。胃休めに最適です。
・のどぐろの塩焼き
ふっくらとした白身のボリュームかすごい…
塩加減もちょうどよく、脂たっぷりだけどぺろっと食べられて至福のひとときです

サクッとした軽やかな衣に、海老と椎茸 間違いない贅沢なコラボレーション！

汁まで飲み干せちゃう、香ばしいゴマだれ！
しゃぶしゃぶもしかり、ゴマだれ、実は最近までそんなに好まなかったのですが、かなめさんのゴマだれは本当に美味しい！

糖度の高いメロンでした〜！
あっという間の2時間。お料理もテキパキと提供して、ちょい飲みにもピッタリです。
アラカルトも気になるメニューが沢山あったので、また伺いたいです⭐。
