赤坂でのどぐろを食す
溜池山王駅、11番出口から徒歩２分くらい。
１Fは和食の『あらまさ』地下は『かなめ』
となっています。
階段を降りて、個室へ。
２名個室いいですね！

こちらのコースは人気ナンバーワンだそう。
★のど黒入り先付け三品
・もずく酢
・のどぐろ黄身醤油かけ
・ナスの利休餡？とんぶりのせ
最初にのどぐろのお刺身がいただけるなんて、
淡泊で黄身との相性も良いし、
もずくもしっかりとした太めで、さっぱりした味付け
ナスはとろりとしてて、胡麻ソースがおいしかった。
★旬魚の造里
・本鮪
・スズキ
スズキはお塩で鮪はお醤油で、
マグロは上質、スズキもあっさりでぷりっとしてますね
★はまぐりの「椀」
はまぐりもおいしかったけれど、出汁もおいしい。
★のどぐろの塩焼き
出ました！のどぐろ大きい！
お箸の長さと同じくらいということは22㎝くらい？
今までのどぐろを丸々と一匹を食べたことがないかも知れない。
高級魚だから、頼んでシェアとかはあるけれど…。
焼きめがパリッと焼かれていて、
身がふっくら、甘い！
友人と一緒に身が甘い！脂がのっている！と言っていました。
すっかり高級魚となっているノドグロは
関東地方などではアカムツと言われているんですね。
スズキ系スズキ目スズキ亜目ホタルジャコ科アカムツ属アカムツ（ノドグロ）
旬の時期は、夏から秋、秋から冬と言われていますが、
一年を通して味が落ちないらしいです。
★海老しんじょうと椎茸の揚げ物
最初シュークリームが来た？と目を疑いましたが、
ふわふわの海老しんじょうの上に椎茸が
のっています。口あたりも良いし、あっさりおいしかった。
★箸休め
山芋のお漬物
さっぱり、日本酒と一緒に
★北陸氷見の冷製うどん
氷見うどんって意外とこしがしっかりして、噛み応えがしっかり。
すだちときのこであっさり。和風のつけ汁もおいしかった。
★水菓子
メロン
このコース内容すごく良かったです。
重すぎないコースで、お酒を飲む方にもいいし、
糖質オフされている方にも◎

本当にスッキリ、フルーティーでおいしい

白麹がヨーグルトみたいな味わいで
これは本当に日本酒？と思わせるおいしさ

こちらはキリリと辛口でお魚料理にも合います。
2名の個室ですっかり落ち着いてゆっくりして、
2時間半くらい長居してしまいました。
個室でのどぐろコース満喫しました。
出る時に1階のあらまさは激混みでした。
人気店なのは納得です。
