Today I came to this shop in Tameike Sanno. I didn't find it myself, but a reviewer I trust recommended it, so I had been interested in it for a while. Speaking of Nodoguro, I had previously enjoyed its rich, fatty flavor at a restaurant in Kawasaki, and I was wondering if there was a restaurant where I could enjoy it again. This time, I ordered the "Nodoguro Ginme Course" from "Kaname". A restaurant where you can enjoy exquisite dishes such as black-throated sea bream and high-quality appetizers. The inside of the restaurant has a nice and calm atmosphere ^_^ First, we will have an appetizer. First, we have mozuku vinegar, persimmon dressed in white, and black-throat yolk in soy sauce. The deliciousness permeates through your tired body from all the walking. The aroma of the grilled fish and the fat of the black-throated fish are delicious! It tastes more like meat than fish, and goes well with the creamy soy sauce. Next came the sashimi tuna and stone sea bream. The real tuna is served with Chaliapin sauce, which is meaty and delicious! It's not greasy and the taste is great. You have to squeeze out the sudachi of the stone sea bream, but the firmness of the meat is amazing! It's so hot (^^) Next is the clam soup.First of all, you will be surprised at how firm the clam itself is! It's refreshing (^^) The soup stock has a relaxing taste and is gentle on the body. Mitsuba goes well with it. Next is salt-grilled Nodoguro. I don't often get the chance to eat Nodoguro, which is a high-quality fish, this way. It has a delicious taste and a meaty texture that is better than fish. Not only the flesh but also the skin is delicious.Next is the shrimp shrimp. It's served simply with grated radish stock and salt, but it's delicious! Chopped Yam Next came the chopped yam. It's topped with plum meat and chopped wasabi, which is good because you can really taste both (^^) The final udon was topped with sudachi, which was refreshing and delicious. It was delicious!
