【赤坂】”のどぐろ専門店 赤坂 かなめ”
赤坂駅、溜池山王駅からすぐのところにあるのどぐろ専門店。
お店地下1階ですが、地上1階の”和食のあらまさ”の店内に入ってから地下に降ります。
地下1階は全てのお部屋が完全個室。座敷で靴を脱いであがるスタイルです。
この日いただいたのは一番リーズナブルなコース”のどぐろ吟味コース”(7,150円)
お酒は日本酒だけでもかなりのラインナップです。
コースは先付け3点(鮑、ホタルイカ、もずく酢)から始まり、お造りは本鮪赤身とヒラメ。
赤身はお醤油、ヒラメはお塩でシンプルに。
特にヒラメは身が引き締まり、歯応え抜群！旨味が凄い…既に日本酒に突入してます。
“のどぐろ塩焼き”は1人1匹！
これは贅沢！！一番リーズナブルなコースでも丸々一匹いただけちゃいます。脂のノリが半端じゃない！
締めはぶっかけうどんでさっぱりと。
赤坂駅、溜池山王駅からすぐと好立地。
個室料もかからずプライベートな空間で、周辺のお店の比べても比較的リーズナブルにいただけます。
接待にも使いやすいお店だと思います。
