個室でいただくノドグロ尽くしのコースが最高過ぎました。地下鉄銀座線 溜池山王駅 徒歩2分。
地上1階の「和食のあらまさ」の店内を経由して、地下1階へ降りると「のどぐろ専門店 赤坂 かなめ」があります。
完全個室で靴を脱ぎ、ゆったりお座敷で過ごせるお部屋揃い。予約利用させて頂いたのは、お店の中ではリーズナブルなコース。
のどぐろ吟味（ぎんみ）コース 7,150円 (税込)全8品
・先付け３品(ホタルイカ、鮑の甘煮、もずく酢)
・はまぐりの椀
・白身魚とマグロの造里(平目と本マグロ)
・のどぐろ塩焼き
・海老しんじょうと椎茸
・季節野菜のお浸し(牛蒡と山芋)
・お出汁の効いたおうどん
・水菓子(完熟メロン)
友人は日本酒を。私は横浜サイダーで乾杯。
コースは先付け(ホタルイカ、鮑の甘煮、もずく酢)からスタート。1つ1つのお料理が新鮮で丁寧で味わい深く、開始から感動的。
はまぐりのお椀もお出汁の味わいが身体に染み渡ります。
お造りもキメの細かい本マグロ赤身にもっちりヒラメが美味。マグロはお醤油で。ヒラメはあっさりとシンプルにお塩で。
本日のメイン。のどぐろの姿焼きは1人1匹丸ごとと豪華。贅沢にも1匹を。ジューシーな脂と旨味があふれる高級魚。シンプルに塩焼きする事で、うま味や脂の味を味わう!!
〆のお出汁がきいたおうどんも大変美味しかった。
氷見うどんはツルツルの喉越し。スダチも香りがよくて
後味スッキリ。具材のきのこ類とのバランスも美味しい。
1つ1つのお料理が美味しくて、目にも心にも美味しい
コースでした。贅沢感があり、この内容を考えると
リーズナブルだと感じます。特別な夜に利用したいお店。
個室は接待や会食にもぴったりですね。ご馳走様でした。
