《グルメレポ》
今回は溜池山王駅のすぐ近くにある
のどぐろを堪能できる居酒屋さんに
お邪魔しました。
入り口が少々分かりづらいですが
店名が書いてある部分の右側が
引き戸になっています。
1階はテーブル席メインで
鏡扉を開けると地下に個室が
広がっています。
一つ一つしっかり区切られているので
隣の声が聞こえるなどと言った
騒音はございません。
今回いただいたのは
のどぐろ吟味7,150円。
レビューはこちら。
・先付け3品
もずく酢、ホタルイカの酢味噌、鮑の旨煮の3品です。
鮑がとにかく自分好みの味付けで
甘すぎず食感と香りを楽しめました。
ホタルイカはぷりぷりで酢味噌と
わかめとホタルイカの相性が良かったです✨
ちゅるちゅるのもずく酢は酸味も控えめで食べやすかったです。
・はまぐりの椀
蓋を開けた瞬間上品な香りがふわっと香って
それだけで幸せな気持ちになりました。
・白身魚とマグロの造里
本鮪とヒラメのお刺身が登場。
少し筋があるものの脂がのっている本鮪。
ヒラメも軽い口当たりで岩塩でさっぱりと
いただけました♪
・のどぐろ塩焼き
香りが高くて身もふわふわ。
こんなにふっくらして美味しいのか
と感動しました。
カボスやおろしで味変しても美味しい
一品でした✨
・海老しんじょうと椎茸
外側はカリッとサクッとしているのに
内側はふわふわもちもち✨
海老がぷりぷりしていて美味しかったです。
・季節野菜のお浸し
山芋とごぼうのお漬物でした。
安心安全の美味しさです。
・お出汁の効いたおうどん
コシの強い細いうどん。
きのこもしゃきしゃきしていて美味しい一杯。
・水菓子
デザートはメロンでフィニッシュ
甘くてジューシー、季節のフルーツは
やっぱり美味しかったです。
お腹がいっぱいになる
コース内容でした。
とくに高級魚ののどぐろを丸々1匹いただけるのは
とっても贅沢な気分になりますね。
美味しく楽しい時間を過ごせました。
接待や、会食、顔合わせ、大人のデートなど
さまざまなシーンで使えるのでとても
使い勝手がいいと思います。
