旬のホタルイカも酢味噌でいただき至福。

二日酔いの朝に飲みたくなる
ホッとする味。蛤が1つ入っています。
○白身魚とマグロの造里
ヒラメと本鮪でした。
鮪は中トロかな？キラッキラ輝いていて
脂が乗っていて美味しいです。
ヒラメとは対照的な歯応え。

何と1人につき1尾丸ごと出てきます。
塩が効いており、ここで日本酒召喚です。
皮はパリッと、身はふわっと。
○海老しんじょうと椎茸
ぷりぷりの海老しんじょうと椎茸が
一体化して揚げられています。
塩でいただくも良し、おろしでも良し。

山芋と牛蒡のお浸しです。
少し粘り気のある山芋が美味しい！

茸入り。麺はうどんなのか？と思うほど
細くツルツルでコシもあります。
