こちらは、溜池山王駅から歩いてすぐの所にあります。
お店への入り方がちょっとトリッキーです。
まず、1Fのお店「あらまさ」に入店し、奥の鏡の壁をスライドすると、階段があります。
その隠し階段を下るとお店の辿り着けます。
ある意味、隠れ家的なお店です。
そして、個室のお部屋の入り口がとても素晴らしい！
お部屋に入ると、雰囲気のいい和室
とてもゆったりした空間です。
メニューを見ると、お魚と合わせる地酒、北陸の限定銘酒、おすすめ限定銘酒と、かなりの日本酒のラインアップです。
(麦酒、ハイボール、サワー、焼酎、ワインももちろんあります。)

・岩もずく酢
太くてしっかりとしたもずく酢、凄い食べ応えのあるもずく酢です。
・あわびの旨煮
歯応え、味付けがとても素晴らしい とてもおいしい鮑です!!
・ホタルイカの酢味噌和え
酢味噌がとてもおいしい!! わかめとホタルイカを一緒に頂くと、これまた最高です
・はまぐりのお椀
とても沁みるお吸い物!! 貝のお吸い物はホッとしますね
・白身魚とマグロの造里
本マグロとすずきのおつくり
本マグロはお醤油で、すずきはすだちとお塩で頂きます。
すだちとお塩で頂くすずきが、最高においしい
本マグロも脂がたっぷり乗ってます。
・のどぐろ塩焼き
丸ごと一尾ののどぐろ焼きです
身がするするとほどけて、塩味だけでとてもおいしい
程よく脂が乗っていて、食べ応え十分です
・海老しんじょうと椎茸
これ、凄いです!!
食感、お味、しいたけ、旨味が凄い!!
やわらかいのに海老のぷりぷりもしっかり感じられる、絶品です
・季節野菜のお浸し
山芋とゴボウ。くせになるお味です!!
・お出汁の効いたおうどん
コシのあるいいおうどんです。すだちとキノコでさっぱりと頂けます。
・水菓子
メロン、みずみずしくて、最後の〆として爽快な気分になります。

お料理はひとつひとつがとても丁寧に作られていて、盛り付けもとても美しい!!
もちろん、お味も最高です。
ゆったりとした空間で、一皿一皿いただけるのはとても贅沢で、お腹も心も満たされます。
ちょっとしたお祝いなどに、ゆっくりと語らいながら頂くのにぴったりだと思います。
