おつまみなしで、終始握りのみは、私には最高でした。

⭐️は特に美味しかったネタ。
しゃりも硬めの粒しっかり、赤酢でしっかり酸味が効いているので、とても好みでした。
最近、諭吉一枚のランチ寿司では、なかなか美味しいお店はないのかな、、、
という中、全体的にバランスよくネタとシャリがちゃんとマリアージュされているのは、とても感動しました。
エビではなく、シャコが出てくるのも、手間を惜しまずのおもてなしに感動しました。

仕入れ先の酒屋さんも教えていただけましたー
女将さんも優しくて、すぐに次の予約しちゃいました
