General [Satoshi Fukushima] from Saitama Prefecture. After training in his hometown of Saitama, he moved to Tokyo to aim for even greater heights. He gained experience at a long-established Japanese Cuisine in Azabudai, and further honed his skills at a popular sushi restaurant in Tokyo. What's more, he uses his own discernment from his experience as an intermediate wholesaler to purchase what he thinks will be delicious that day, regardless of what's in season. Now, I am finally able to serve as the general manager of [Sushi Komari]. Please enjoy to your heart's content the authentic Edomae sushi created from the originality cultivated through various experiences.

We offer nigiri that is honest and has a story wrapped up in each topping, valuing the ancient preparation methods and principles. The chef's special vinegared rice, which is made with red vinegar and salt to bring out the natural flavor and aroma of the fish, is also one of the key ingredients.
