I used it for a drinking party after work. This is a street-level shop located about 3 to 4 minutes walk from Shinbashi Station. The organizer had made the reservation in advance, so he guided us smoothly and the course started. By the way, the seats I was given on board this time were sunken kotatsu seats, and the seats were spaced wide apart, so I was able to relax comfortably. The course comes with all-you-can-drink, and the draft beer is super dry. For now, let's have a toast with super dry. The glass is perfectly chilled and delicious, but most importantly, even when it was fairly busy, drinks were served quickly no matter when I ordered, which left a good impression. For appetizers, we had a 3-item platter of pickled firefly squid, green tea beans, and fried tochio, and a seasonal Caesar salad was also available. The salad offered this time was a salad with a slightly sweet sesame dressing. The lettuce is crunchy and has a nice crunchy texture and is delicious! The 3-piece sashimi platter includes tuna, red sea bream, and amberjack. The sashimi was very fresh and had a good texture. The fries that were served afterwards had a nice aroma and were not as heavy as they looked. The fried tofu has a strong dashi stock and is piping hot inside the fluffy batter. The crunchy gray green onions are a nice accent. Next is the main dish, Negima Nabe. This is a hot pot dish of lean tuna and medium-fatty tuna that can be eaten as sashimi in a hot pot with bonito stock. The combination of dashi stock, garland chrysanthemums, green onions, and lean/medium fatty meat is irresistible, and it's healthy yet extremely satisfying! The soup stock is so delicious that I decided to finish with the udon noodles. Dessert is chocolate cake. It was like a cake I bought at a good cake shop, but the sponge was soft and the chocolate was slightly bitter, just the way I like it, and it was very delicious. The atmosphere inside the restaurant and the friendly and attentive service from the staff made me feel very comfortable, and all of the dishes were really delicious, so I would definitely want to use this restaurant again when I have a drinking party with my co-workers. Thank you for the meal!
