新橋駅から徒歩3～4分の場所にある
酒楽なかむら新橋店さんで飲んできました
群馬県出身のなかむら大将が腕をふるう和食海鮮居酒屋です
郷土愛が強い大将の群馬県にこだわった食材や日本酒が楽しめました
今回は群馬県和牛！上州牛すき鍋コース
お料理8品と２時間飲み放題が付いて6000円をお願いしました
飲み放題なので遠慮なく頂きます
まずはスーパードライの生ビールで喉を潤しました
前菜の三点盛りはホタルイカの沖漬けに茶豆そして栃尾揚げ
今年のホタルイカは記録的豊漁だったとか～美味しい
季節のサラダはゴマ風味のドレッシングがグッド
トマトの角切りが冷たくて美味しかったな～
最近はミニトマトを食べる事が多かったけど
普通のトマトもカット次第で美味しくいただけるのを発見
上州牛のたたき～玉葱ソース掛け～
これもビックリの美味しさ 脂が程よく乗った赤身の部分を使用
上州牛って肉の旨味が強いのですねぇ
とても柔らかく美味しかったです
飲み物はレモンサワーにチェンジです
ポテトフライ〜塩昆布バター〜
塩昆布の塩梅がちょうど良く箸休め的に大活躍
揚げ出し豆腐
和風の料理が出てきたので満を持して日本酒をお願いしました
飲み放題に入っている銘柄は群馬県産の
赤城山・本醸造辛口と谷川岳・とび辛
両方頂きましたがまずは赤城山から
超スッキリな辛口でクイクイ飲めちゃいました
谷川岳の方も超辛口・とび辛と言うぐらいなので
こちらも飲みやすくクイクイでした(笑)
鍋物は上州牛すき鍋（赤身）
お肉の下にはしっかりお野菜が入っていました
赤身肉はクセがなくて美味しかったです
お肉の旨味も感じられましたよ～
〆のおうどんもしっかり頂き
飲み放題の〆としてブラックニッカのハイボールも堪能
ごちゃごちゃした新橋の飲み屋街にあるのに
コチラのお店はとっても綺麗でした
個室もあるので宴会にも良さそう
家庭的雰囲気もあるので居心地も良かったです
朝の四時まで営業しているので覚えておくと良いかも
