土曜日もランチのみ営業しています。

・ケルンスペシャルランチ 1700円
・午後のオムライス（サラダ付） 1500円
官庁街のためか、この近辺は土日祝日のランチ営業は少ないこともあり、当店の営業は嬉しいです。
フォートタワーは2階の2店舗のみランチ営業しているようですね。
程なくして着皿。
ケルンスペシャルランチもオムライスもビジュアルで食欲倍増です！
コーンクリームスープからスタートします。
オムライスは綺麗な薄巻きですが、中は半熟です。このテクニックは素晴らしい。滑らかで食感良くスプーンの運びが早くなります。
スペシャルランチはケルンの良いところがギュッと収められた一皿です。
素材の良さにも気付かされますが、一品一品に職人の技と心意気が感じられます。丁寧なその逸品は幸せを感じます。
オムライスは13時過ぎの限定メニューですのでご注意を！
サーブしていただいた方の気遣いも味とお店のグレードを上げていたと思います。
