2023/10/XX (Lunch)
虎ノ門にあった老舗洋食店で、気に入って利用していた「ケルン」さん。此方に移転された時にBMしていましたが、本日漸く伺えました。
場所は、「日比谷フォートタワー」2F。店内は、洗練された空間で居心地はまずまずですが、移転前のお店の方がレトロ感があって好きだったかな。
ランチタイムのオープン時間に伺いました。
メニューは、ハンバーグやカレーが中心で、ビーフシチューや季節メニューが見当たらなかったので、少し種類は減った印象。
今回は、シンプルに此方にしました。
■コンボランチ（ハンバーグxカニコロッケ）＠1,500円（税込）
※クレジットカードで支払いました。
ランチセットには、スープとライス（大盛り可）が付きます。スープは、以前と変わらずのコーンスープです。程良い甘さが感じられる洋食屋さんらしいほっこりした味わい。
さて、此方でハンバーグを頂くのは初めてだったのですが、ゴツゴツとふんわりの中間ぐらいの仕上がりで、お肉の旨みがしっかりあって美味しかったです。デミグラスソースは、少し酸味が強いかなと思いましたが、全体的には上質な味わいに仕上がっています。
此方のお店のシグネチャー的なカニクリームコロッケは、やはり美味しいですね。
添えられていたのは、トマトとコールスロー。コールスローが甘みがあって美味しかったです。
料理には満足しましたが、以前と比べるとやや接客面が気になりました。ホスピタリティレベルは少し下がったような気がします。
コスパも含めると、遠征までして食べたくなるようなお店ではなくなったのが少し残念です。
帰り際、「日比谷フォートタワー」内のレストランで幾つか気になるお店があったので、次回其方を利用するかもです。
