ChefA unique sushi chef with great hospitality towards foreigners
Our owner, who is originally from Okayama Prefecture, entered the restaurant business after studying architecture for four years at university, and after over 10 years of training at Japanese-style meal restaurant in Kagawa Prefecture and Sushi restaurant in Tokyo, he became independent at the age of 33. Having lived in my hometown of Okayama and in Kagawa Prefecture as a student, I actively incorporate things from Setouchi. He is also a unique sushi chef who can communicate with people from other countries, so tourists from overseas are also welcome. We will create a blissful time for business occasions such as entertainment and dinner parties, as well as anniversaries.

Our special sushi is made with two kinds of red vinegar, which is an original blend of ``Hinohikari'' rice from Okayama Prefecture, which is made in-house, for the rice, and carefully selected toppings that are carefully selected and purchased directly from the Toyosu Market and from the vendors he knows. We use Seafood, and the portions are small, but you can adjust the size to suit your preference. In addition, there are only two types of selection courses available: ``Shiraen'' and ``Murasaki'', but you can fully enjoy sushi and dishes that make use of seasonal ingredients.

Our store is located in a convenient location with access to 3 train stations: 1 minute walk from Exit 11 of Tameike-Sanno Station, 5 minutes walk from Akasaka Station, and 9 minutes walk from National Diet Building-mae Station. A Japanese space with beautiful interior walls. There are only 7 seats available at the counter, but reserved are possible for groups of 4 or more. The bowl used to serve the dish is Bizen ware from Okayama, where the chef is from. Please enjoy your meal and conversation in our warm and cozy restaurant. We will provide hospitality with both taste and space.

We stock alcohol brands that we think are the best at that time of year, rather than by region, brand, or trend. We are also very particular about our drinking utensils, and we serve drinks in palatable glasses, including choko cups made from Bizen ware from Okayama, where our chef is from.
