溜池山王駅から一瞬。
地下に降りていくと隠れ家的な雰囲気の素敵な和空間。
いやらしくない薄暗さで、落ち着いてゆっくりと食事が楽しめる雰囲気です。
通していただいたのは広々とした個室でした。
既に贅沢。
今回は【 のどぐろ吟味（ぎんみ）】コース＋ 3時間 プレミアム飲み放題。
12,000円ですが、飲み物のラインナップだけ見てもめちゃくちゃなハイコスパであることがわかる。
ではまずビールで試合開始。
飲み放題のビールがブラウマイスターっていうのもめちゃくちゃ良いですね。
【本日の先付け３品】
あぁ…もうね、こういうので飲みたいのよっていう先付けですよ。
白子の天ぷら、あん肝ポン酢、もずく酢。
白子は最高でしたね。
柚子の香りが爽やかで品が良くて、白子の旨みは抜群。
旨すぎました。
あん肝はさっぱりめで上品。
もずく酢はジャクジャクと音がする新鮮なもずく。
美味しいです。
酸味が食欲を掻き立てる。
【はまぐりの椀】
きっと塩は足してないであろう最低限の塩味の蛤出汁。
願わくば締めにも出してくれないだろうか。
【白身魚とマグロの造里】
鯛は塩とすだちと塩で。
旨味が引き出されまくっていてたまらないですね。
いも焼酎が進みます。
マグロは脂がノリノリ。
濃厚で甘い脂とたっぷりの本わさびのキレで抜群に旨い。
最高のアテ。
【のどぐろ塩焼き】
これですよこれ。
たまらなすぎる。
身はふわふわで脂の乗りも良くて、とにもかくにも旨い。
これで飲むお酒の最高さたるや。
こんなの日本酒を飲まざるをえないですよね。
強制的に日本酒を飲まされているようなものです。
これはまた食べたいですね。
【海老しんじょうと椎茸】
のどぐろを味わって満足していたら、これがまた大変に美味しくて。
のどぐろがピークだと思っていたので完全に意表を突かれた感じです。
海老しんじょうがむちゃくちゃに美味しくて、合わせている椎茸の香りと旨みと合わさることで史上最高の海老しんじょうに。
海老しんじょうの完成形。
これをアテに飲む日本酒はそれはもう最高でしたね。
【季節野菜のお浸し】
大根とカブの漬け物ですね。
うん、これでも日本酒イケますね。
【北陸氷見 せいろうどん】
氷見うどん、好きなんですよね。
コシ強めで細め。
喉越しも最高。
完璧なタイミングの氷見うどんでした。
【水菓子】
いちごとオレンジで最後に落ち着いて帰る感じですね。
3時間のコースなので、飲み物のラストオーダーが水菓子のタイミングだったんですよ。
ゆっくりしていってというスタンスをめちゃくちゃ感じて嬉しかったですね。
そもそも、飲み放題とは思えない素晴らしい日本酒のラインナップでこの長時間楽しませてくれるのは、ちょっと心配になるレベル。
お酒をそれなりの量飲む人にはコスパが良すぎますね。
