昔の友人とご飯。
昨年度10月頃富山で仕事をしていた。
久しぶりのご飯なので、こちらのお店へ。
吟味コースと飲み放題を注文。
地下に降りて、個室に案内されました。
めちゃくちゃ雰囲気の良い個室。
天然木を樹脂でコーティングされたテーブル。
扉もうずくり。
良い。
さてご飯スタート。
◯先付 もずく、ホタル烏賊酢味噌、桜鯛の桜煮
もずくはさっぱりしていて、食欲をそそる。
ホタル烏賊もそろそろ身投げで最後かなー。
ぷりっとしてて美味い。
桜鯛の桜煮。
桜色した真鯛。ピンクの餅米に包まれにられてます。
ちょうど桜も咲いてきた時期で、季節ものでよかった。
◯はまぐり椀
白濁したお吸い物。間違いなく美味いやつ。
香りと味を楽しめた。
すっと入ってきて、ぎゅーって甘みと旨み。
暖かい食べ物で胃も活発に！！
◯平目とマグロの刺身
平目はねっとりと。そして身厚で食べ応えあり。
淡白と思いきや、脂の旨みもありました。
マグロは、赤身と中トロ。
中トロ絶品！！鮨が食べたくなる笑
◯のどぐろ塩焼き
直径20センチ程ののどぐろ。
とても贅沢な一品。塩加減もバツグン。
脂もしっかりのっていて旨い！！
魚食べるのが得意で、先方の社長とご飯に行ったら、
魚の食べ方が綺麗というだけで、仕事もらえたの思い出した。
命あるもの。しっかり食べます！！
◯えび真丈としいたけ
ぶりんとしたえび真丈。上にしいたけがのっている。
出汁もしっかり吸っていて、えびの旨みと椎茸の旨みがマッチしてうまい！！
◯おつけもの・氷見せいろうどん
氷見で食べたうどんを思い出す。
平打ちのうどん。しっかり濃い汁で頂く。
喉越し良くて一瞬でなくなりました。
富山で能登半島行こうとしたら、社員が事故って東京へ戻り。そして大地震で見たかった能登風景は見れず。
と切ない思い出を噛み締めつつ、また富山に行こうと思った。
空間もよく、おいしかった。
次は接待か、落ち着いた食事でおじゃまします。
