のどぐろと厳選された日本酒が愉しめるお店。
今回はのどぐろ好きの友人を連れて慰労会としてお邪魔しました。
駅からほど近い場所にあるビル。
そのビルの階段を下って扉を開けると、高級感のある和テイストの内装が出迎えてくれます。
各テーブルは完全個室になっていて、とても寛ぎやすい雰囲気です。

・ホタルイカの酢味噌和え
・鰻の飯蒸し
・もずく酢
お酒が進みますねぇ。
プリっとしたホタルイカはこの時期鉄板のアテですね。
もずく酢は酸味弱くて自分の好きなタイプ。
そして鰻の飯蒸しがこれまた美味い。
もちっとしたご飯の上に鰻の蒲焼が載っていて、とろみのある出汁がかかってます。
いや～これはもっと食べたかった一品です。
◆はまぐりの椀
このお椀の美味しいこと。
はまぐりの身も大きくてプリプリとしていて潮の香りが存分に堪能できるお椀でした。
このお椀をちょっとずつ飲みながら、お酒も進められますね。
◆白身魚とマグロの造里
・本マグロ
・平目
本マグロは、赤身と中トロが一切れずつだったかな。
言うまでもなく、王道の美味しさ。
平目も淡泊ながら旨みがしっかり感じられます。
本マグロは醤油で、平目は塩で食べるのが合ってましたね。
◆のどぐろ塩焼き
おおぶりののどぐろ一尾丸々の登場です！
しっとりと柔らかな身、香ばしい匂いが漂ってくる皮目といい、素晴らしいのどぐろの塩焼きです。
一人で一尾丸ごといただけるなんて至福です。
ジューシーな身に酢橘を絞って口に運ぶと旨みが口の中で爆発します。
ここに日本酒流し込めば、まさに『口福』の完成です。
◆海老しんじょうと椎茸
ふっくらかつプリっとした食感が感じられる海老しんじょうとトップには椎茸。
一口噛むと海老の旨みが口の中に広がります。
椎茸と一緒に食べると椎茸の旨みも加わり、ほんと美味しいです。
これめっちゃ好きだなぁ。

・長芋
いい箸休め。
優しい味わいの漬物でほっとさせてくれますね。
◆北陸氷見 せいろうどん
細麺ですがコシがあり、つるっと喉越し良いうどんです。
ツユも美味しくて、しっかりいただきました。

自分たちはプレミアム飲み放題で十分満足でしたが、スーパープレミアムだとさらにレアな日本酒も飲めるみたいなので、日本酒好きな方も満足できるかと思います！
