おまかせ1.1万なので値段に見合って、十分に満足でした！
美味しいネタと、そうでないネタの差が激しく、これは安いネタをコースに入れないと低価格に収まらないのでやむを得ないと。
目の前で燻製する鰹は、
「動画撮影オッケーです！皆さんでカウントダウンしましょう、3、2、1、オープン(燻製のスモークが立ち込める)、皆さん拍手がありませんよー？」という演出でした。
正直、客は引いていたので、やめた方が良いかと笑
食いつくのは、港区女子様とインバウンド客だけかと。
燻製自体も厨房でやって欲しいです。
ペアリングコースを提供してるのに、燻製の煙とペアリングしろというのかと。
肝心の鰹は、スモークの味しかせず、魚の味は全くしませんでした。
最後に、伝票は金額を伏せて提示して欲しいです。
連れにも、隣の客からも見える大きな文字で書かれた伝票を目の前に晒されて、気分が悪かったです。
うち安いでしょ？？って、言いたいのでしょうか？笑
